Current data use

EarHabit does not require an account and does not send practice history to an EarHabit server. Settings, answers, streaks, and session summaries are stored in your browser’s local storage. Export happens only when you request a JSON download; import files are read locally.

Analytics and advertising

EarHabit's analytics interface remains inactive unless separately configured. Manual Google AdSense units can appear only in selected informational sections when valid publisher, slot, and policy-readiness settings are configured. Answer choices and practice history are not supplied to advertising code.

Advertising cookies and identifiers

When advertising is enabled, Google and participating third-party vendors may use cookies or device identifiers for ad delivery, frequency limits, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting. Non-personalized advertising can still require limited storage for those purposes; personalized advertising is used only where it is permitted and valid consent has been obtained.

Consent choices

Where required, including for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising must remain blocked until a Google-certified consent management platform records the visitor's choice. Visitors can later review or withdraw that choice through the consent control provided on the site.

Your choices

You can export data from Progress, clear it through browser site settings, or use private browsing where storage may be temporary. Clearing browser data can permanently remove records unless you exported a backup.
